When autumn comes & we watch the trees change & we watch the world slowly hibernate into itself it’s the perfect time to reflect upon the year but to also move on. It’s important to live in the present. We must learn from the past but not live in the past. Each thing we do is a learning experience. We must take those experiences & use them as stepping stones to move on. We must take what we’ve learned & build a new life from them, make a new moment count. It’s so important to be present in everything.
